Product description
Olimp MagMAX B6 – food supplement with a high content of magnesium in the form of citrate, which is a well absorbable source of this element and vitamins B6 and thiamine. Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles, as well as contributes to a reduction of tiredness and electrolyte balance. Similarly to vitamins B6 and B1 (thiamine) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Composition
Ingredients: magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium citrate), bulking agent – microcrystalline cellulose; coating [glazing agents – polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), polyethylene glycol, talc], potato starch, anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; pyridoxine hydrochloride – vit. B6, thiamin hydrochloride – vit. B1.

Application
The product facilitates coverage of daily demand of human body for magnesium, in particular for people feeling weakness, tiredness and increased irritability, twitching of eyelids, muscle cramps, living in stress, subject for increased mental and/ or physical effort.
Recommended use: 1 tablet 1-2 times a day, after a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
