The product contains micronized creatine malate (tri-creatine malate), as well as vitamins D, B6 and sodium. Consumption of creatine increases physical performance during short-term, high intensity, repeated exercise bouts (refers to the daily intake of 3 g creatine). Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
